All it takes is a little change of habits. Instead of using the mouse to get to the command button use one of the above Keyboard Shortcuts. Just like with all habit changes do not try to over do it. Maybe choose just one Shortcut and commit to it for one week. After that week, if you feel you did well you can simply start with the next one.
